Remember you are not the teacher! You are non-formal trainer. Be respectful. Be inspiration. Make reflections. Teenager sometimes need assistant to reflect their learning process.
Work within time frame. Don’t make to long sessions. Be time keeper. Evaluate the workshop
Listen very carefully and put questions. Support the learning process.
